Due to food allergies, our daughter has created her own little recipe. When the craving strikes she can have a treat to nibble and chew on! She thinly slices potatoes and lays them out a Pamered Chef clay baker. She then puts a drop of whipping cream with a syringe (washed up from a previous Amoxicillin prescription) on each chip. Then she sprinkles an assortment of spices on the chips. Baking at 350 for about 20 minutes produces an enjoyable, crunchy, healthy snack. Once again, necessity breeds creativity!
Well, I know I am not artistic, but have frequently over the years, been told that I am creative. I'm not quite sure what that means?! Hmmmmm, I guess that is a nice way of saying not artistic, random, crazy, can't believe she did that, yuck, no taste, no flare... So to be polite, yes, I am creative! I guess the compliment went to my head and now you can be bored with this blog. Am I a legend in my own eyes? ;) Thanks for humouring me! Beccy
I might have to try this out!! I love my chips faaaarrrr too much...this will be a nice "alternative" :)
